Knitted Owls
I am excited to be with you today during this weeks yarn along. I have been busy knitting these cute little owls. I have another one on my needles right now:) They knit up so quickly but the most fun I have been having is adding their little faces...each one so different. I have been using recycled buttons...but I have decided to buy a sleeve of new ones the next time I get to the store. I would like to find some really unique wood buttons for the eyes. I bought a bag of beads to add some weight to my owls..they stand up so nicely now. I hope to add these to our family shop in the next few days.
